The very first point of contact is always important for both of us; you have to gain the confidence that we're the right partner for your event, whilst we have to obtain sufficient information to allow us to propose the right balance of ideas. This is why we always suggest that whenever possible, it's best to try calling us first.

If we can speak to you over the phone, we can ask the key questions that will often provide the basis for any recommendations that we make. Date, time and location are the first things we need to know; so are the reasons for hosting the event, the anticipated number of people attending and what you hope to achieve. Needless to say, a good idea of what you hope to spend will also allow us to focus ideas (yours and ours).

However you make contact, the one thing that we won't do is to give you a standard reply and lists of pre-printed menus. We recognise that every event that we cater for is special and that it is important to both if us that we listen to what you have to say before we make any proposals.

Although we try to keep the building staffed throughout the day, there are times when everybody is out at events. If this happens, we'll switch the voicemail on and invite you to leave a message.
